Our Beliefs

We agree with the Baptist Faith and Message 2000 and affirm the fundamentals of the faith, which include the following:

• The Bible is the sole authority for faith and practice. It was written by men inspired by the Holy Spirit and is the record of God's revelation of Himself to man. It has "God for its author, salvation for its end, and truth without any mixture of error for its matter."
• Jesus is God who became man.
• Jesus' death on the cross was for the sins of man and was absolutely necessary for the salvation of man. This salvation is available to all who place their faith in the Lord Jesus.
• Jesus arose bodily from the grave.
• Jesus will literally come again.
